1. It is too late to start your exfoliating routine the day before you set off for the
beach. In the run up to summer you need to be gradually getting your body smooth and well
moisturised. L’Occitane do a great shea butter range for an intensive and replenishing
treatment. Don’t forget to pay special attention to elbows, knees and feet,(often
neglected areas.)
2. Begin giving yourself regular manicures, pedicures and exfoliation sessions to make sure
there are no hard or unslightly areas. Be thorough in your grooming routine and remember
not to start it too late!
3. When setting off on your summer holiday the most important thing to pack is your
sunscreen, especially in this day and age. If you really can’t go without mascara on the
beach make sure you choose a waterproof version of your favourite.
4. For on the beach make-up you have two choices, either go for lots of colour which will
stand out or opt for a beachy, natural look. For this, all you need is Ruby & Millie’s
i-lash curlers. A quick curl of the lashes will really open up the eyes. Follow this by a
slick of lip balm, ior a light neutral coloured gloss and you’re natural look is complete.
