Clements Ribeiro plots comeback
Drapers reports that London design duo Suzanne Clements and Inacio Ribeiro are gearing up for a
full relaunch of their Clements Ribeiro label next year! Hurray!!!
According to reports the husband and wife design team are getting ready to
present a limited edition cashmere line during Couture Fashion Week in Paris
next week.
The duo are expected to show a full knitwear line on the catwalk this autumn and
then present a full fashion collection under the Clements Ribeiro label next
spring.
Clements Ribeiro has had a checkered history. In 2005 the label went into
voluntary liquidation because of difficulties with one of its manufacturers.
However the duo set up a new company and focused on driving sales of
accessories.
