East Londons bustle comes alive every Saturday at one of the oldest chartered markets,
the famous Broadway market.
Try:the carrot cake is such a winner but the strawberry parcels are my particular
favourites – everything on this stall is fresh and delightful.
Ambience: with plenty of atmosphere and quirky stalls, the small market place is a magnet for the artsy types!
3. Ladurée at Harrods
Ladurée is a luxury cakes and pastries brand based in Paris, France. It is known as the inventor of the double-decker macaroon,
fifteen thousand of which are sold every day – and when something is that successful is has to be worth a try!
Try: The MACAROONS of course!!!
Ambience: To me,
it’s all about the Parisian tearoom setting, that Harrods pulls off with a style that only Harrods can.
