3. Friday Drinks
I am not a big drinker, but whenever I have friends in town and want to go somewhere nice
I take them to Loungelover in Shoreditch for the Chocolate Cocktails. My friends Liz & Kelis & I have had some very
funny nights out after one too many of those. The decor in there is amazing and I have been going on and off since it
opened years ago when I lived around the corner. I love it, although that area has turned so posh now!!
It's all the private members clubs and galleries. Great for the regeneration of East London.
Loungelover is located behind the restaurant, a former meat-packing factory just a short walk from the famous Brick Lane. Specialties include the Miss Ross, a balance of lychee liqueur, Razberi Stolichnaya vodka and pureed fruits of the forest, crowned with berry liqueur and a splash of lime; and the promising Endless Lover, a mix of DiSaronno Amaretto and Champagne, with a splash of fresh orange. (Lounge Lover 1 Whitby Street London, E1)

5. A Perfect Night Out
I go to Shoreditch House allot with my girls and my boys!
The pool parties are so much fun, except I always seem to be wearing highly
inapropriate shoes and I dont actually get in the pool myself, I just like watching everyone else
splashing around. It is nice for food and drinks and you can hang by the pool or go bowling downstairs.
I also have quite a few meetings here as everyone I know seems to be a member! They do absolutley fantastic Pizza's for about 9quid.
My friend Liz's party Kubicle is also a fun night, or should I say day out- it is held in the underground Toilet opposite Spitalfields market and starts early as an after party and goes on into the afternoon. Great vibes, Dj's and lots of dressing up. Other than that I wait until my party is on Fashbashsoundclash with my friend Wale to really have a big night with the girls- we put them on in Shoreditch and they are so much fun. We play everything from hip hop to reggae electro and rare groove & we also do a street style blog to go with it. www.fashbashsoundclash.blogspot.com

2.Sunday Roast
Crown & Greyhound in Dulwich Village does an amazing roast dinner for £9, I take my parents whenever they are staying with me in London
as you can sit outside in the village and it feels like you have stepped back in time a bit. Definately doesnt feel like London at all.
Great pub and amazing vegetarian nut roast dinner, which is perfect for me.(Crown & Greyhound, a lovely pub affectionately known as "The Dog". With two bars, snugs, three gardens and the restaurant you will find
something here to tickle your tastebuds, 73 Dulwich Village, London, SE21 )
I have also had a great Sunday Lunch at The Tobey Carvery in Snaresbrook right out in East near Woodford. Its a tenner for a full roast dinner and pint of orange or lemonade. It is full of families on their Sunday out and I love it.(The Tobey Carvery 73 Hollybush Hill London E11) My friend Chloe took me there first and we went up to Walthamstow after for pedicures- perfect Sunday out.

4. The Best Bagels in Town
I love the Bagel shop on Walworth Road.(Bagel King, 280 Walworth Road, London, SE17) Great for late night after- club stops on the way home.
It also does patties and good rice and peas to take away. I love it.
Bagel Shop & Brick Lane Bagel shop hold great memories of Saturdays with my Dad coming up to town to go to tropical fiish shops, up Brick Lane to potter about and then getting Bagels to eat in the car on the way home. (159 Brick Lane, London, E1)
Best Fish and Chips- there is a fanbtastic Fish and Chip shop called Ollie's in Bermondsey. (Ollie's, 65-69 Norwood Rd, SE24)

6. Hangover Cure
The best Cafe in London is The Premesis on Hackney road owned by a friend of mine called Ali.
I used to live next door so I never cooked, I went there every day for lunch. Its my favourite place for cheap but amazing breakfasts, just the thing for a hangover cure and has a fabulous range of vegetarian choices- I have not eaten meat in 20yrs. You can eat for a fiver, the food is fantastic and so many options and in the evening it turns into a Turkish restaurant. The best place in London!
7. Indulgence
I go to Bikram yoga to relax and to try take car of myself.
I also love deep tissue massages, there is a lady at The Circle Spa Gym & Spa at The Circle, Tower Bridge who does amazing massages on Mondays & Fridays- perfect to unwind or for back problems, which you tend to get as a DJ. I also love having accupunture.
The Vitality Centre in Wandsworth has an amazing set of people working there who do everything from Accupuncture to Kinesiology & Osteopathy all 100% organic and natural. A great place to treat yourself.
