Cookery Class at Moti Mahal, Covent Garden, London

All that time in the kitchen helped me build up an appetite and after the final red snapper had been seasoned and pan fried I happily moved to the restaurant to enjoy the fruits of our labour (ok, fruits of Ani and his staff's labour but they do it was so much better than I could ;).

Lunch was great and to add that extra touch we sampled three biodynamic wines which had been specially chosen to go with the meal.

All in all a fabulous morning and much recommended.
