Produced by the experts at Camel Valley in Cornwall, just 3,000
bottles for the shelves of Fortnum & Mason, this fresh yet vibrant fizz has
elegant fruity aromas providing the perfect partner to this season's British
strawberries, light canapés and, indeed, any al fresco
appetiser.
Whether you are entertaining friends at Proms in the
Park, taking a romantic picnic by the river or throwing a sensational Summer
party, the Fortnum & Mason English Sparkling should only be served chilled
and when there is time to savour the sensation on the taste buds.
Made from a blend of grapes; Seyval Blanc, Reichensteiner and
Huxelrebe, this decadent sparkling is aged on lees* for 18 months. The long
growing season helps to create delicate and subtle aromas maintained through
careful practice in the winery.
