Procedures and beauticians are great at Bliss Spa - very professional. However, administration and client management is not one would expect from Bliss, in particular, if had previous blissful experience with Bliss New York. Administration staff (who makes bookings etc) are quick to say NO, not very keen to help, rigid and inflexible - there is no such thing like "service" with regards to client management.
